The Watch Lounge Pte Ltd — Terms & Conditions
1) Payment Payment is due in full at the time of checkout. Orders will not be processed or shipped until payment has been received in full.
2) Duties & Taxes All applicable customs duties, import taxes, and levies are borne solely by the customer. The Watch Lounge Pte Ltd is not responsible for any additional charges imposed by customs authorities in the destination country.
3) Product Condition & Inspection All watches are sold as described in their listing. Customers are strongly encouraged to review all photos, descriptions, and details carefully before purchase. Upon receipt, customers have 7 days from the date of delivery to inspect the watch and confirm it matches the condition described. Any discrepancy must be reported to us within this period, accompanied by photos/video evidence.
4) Refund Policy All sales are final. Refunds, returns, or exchanges will only be considered if:
- The item received materially differs from its description, and
- The issue is reported within 7 days of receipt, as outlined above.
Approved refunds/returns are subject to the item being returned in the same condition as received, with all original packaging, box, and papers (if applicable). Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the error was on our part.
5) Warranty All watches sold come with a 6-month mechanical movement warranty. Please see our full Warranty Policy below for coverage details.
6) Shipping Once dispatched, tracking information will be provided. The Watch Lounge Pte Ltd is not liable for delays caused by couriers or customs processing.
7) Governing Law These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
Warranty Policy
The Watch Lounge Pte Ltd provides a 6-month local in-house movement warranty on all watches sold, effective from the date of purchase.
What's Covered
- Mechanical defects in the watch movement arising under normal use.
What's Not Covered
- External wear and tear (scratches, marks, strap/bracelet wear, etc.)
- Accidental damage (drops, impacts, cracked crystals/dials, etc.)
- Water damage, including from unauthorised water exposure
- Damage resulting from unauthorised repairs, servicing, or alterations by third parties
- Battery replacement (for quartz movements, where applicable)
- Cosmetic wear that does not affect the watch's mechanical function
Terms
- The warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
- Warranty claims must be accompanied by proof of purchase (invoice/order confirmation).
- The Watch Lounge Pte Ltd reserves the right to inspect the watch and determine, at its sole discretion, whether a defect falls within the scope of this warranty before any repair, replacement, or remedy is provided.
- Any unauthorised attempt to open, repair, or service the watch during the warranty period will void the warranty.
