Refund policy

All sales are final. Refunds, returns, or exchanges will only be considered if:

• The item received materially differs from its description, and
• The issue is reported within 7 days of receipt, as outlined above.

Approved refunds/returns are subject to the item being returned in the same condition as received, with all original packaging, box, and papers (if applicable). Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the error was on our part.
